PDF Page Extractor
Keep only the pages you choose from a PDF and download the rest as a new file.
Extract pages
The pages you ask for are copied into a new document, so anything left out really is gone from the result. A range can be written as 1-3, as a single page such as 7, or open-ended as 5- or -3.

History for this tool
The most recent data you entered in this tool, stored only in this browser.
Save what you type here, in this browser? Your work would go into this browser's local storage, so a refresh or a trip to another tool does not wipe it. You also get a short list of previous entries under the form, each one restorable with a click. Nothing is ever uploaded, and there is no account.
Being straight about the trade-off: anything kept there can be read by anyone who can use this browser profile, and by any script that later runs on this site. A tool page can hold a private key, a password or a signed token. Saving is convenient; it is not private.
About this tool
Pull the pages you want out of a long PDF, or cut the pages you do not want by listing only the ones to keep. The chosen pages are copied into a new document, so the parts you left out are genuinely absent from the result rather than merely hidden.
Questions
- How do I write a page range?
- Separate the parts with commas: 1-3, 7, 10- means the first three pages, page seven and everything from page ten onward. A leading dash as in -4 means from the first page to the fourth.
- Does the original file change?
- No. The file on your disk is only read. The result is a separate download, and the original keeps all of its pages.
- Do links and form fields survive?
- The page content comes across, but annotations such as form fields and internal links are not carried over, because only the pages themselves are copied into the new document.
