Questions
What are the point and millimetre figures?
A PDF measures its pages in points, where seventy-two points make an inch. Both units are shown because print shops usually ask in millimetres while the file stores points.
Why is some document information missing?
The title, author and subject are optional fields. Plenty of producers leave them empty or fill in only a producer name, and this page shows what is actually there rather than guessing.
Can it read an encrypted PDF?
A password-protected PDF cannot be parsed without the password, so the page says so instead of showing an empty report. Removing the password with the owner's permission has to happen in a reader that can open it.
